Charterhouse Müller: B2B Sales Enablement

Updated: Feb 24

Background

Charterhouse Müller, a UK-based specialist in end-of-life IT services, was preparing to launch a new mobile device buyback and asset retirement offering. The sales team needed clear, practical materials that could support confident conversations with clients across different sectors, while ensuring complex compliance, data security, and sustainability information was easy to understand.

The challenge was to simplify highly technical information without losing credibility or accuracy, and to create tools that could be used effectively in real sales environments.

The Insight

Sales teams need clarity, not complexity. Well-structured, visual information helps technical services feel accessible and commercially relevant, especially in B2B conversations where trust and understanding are critical.

The Idea & Execution

A suite of infographic-led sales tools designed to support go-to-market activity by clearly explaining processes, services, and value propositions. Detailed service information was distilled into structured, step-by-step narratives using clear copy, visual cues, and consistent branding. The materials were designed for practical, everyday use by sales teams, supporting discussions around secure IT asset disposal, data erasure, sustainability, and value recovery.

My Role

I was responsible for the overall strategy, copywriting, and design, creating practical B2B sales enablement tools that aligned with brand guidelines and supported confident client conversations.
